SCOTLAND – OTE £35k–£40k + Car + Uncapped Commission.
Opportunity:
Target‑driven Sales Professional with experience in technical or engineering sales needed in the weighbridge & weighing systems industry, managing contract sales across a broad product range, including weighbridges, software & instrumentation, platform weighing equipment, and custom weighing & process systems.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities across multiple industries.
- Identify and re‑engage dormant clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Work independently, managing your own territory.
- Proven success in B2B or field sales, ideally within weighing, weighbridge, or process industries.
- Engineering or commercial qualifications preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A self‑motivated, results‑driven approach.
- Uncapped commission; OTE £45k–£50k.
- Company car plus essential technology (laptop, phone, broadband).
- Autonomy to manage your own region covering Scotland.
