Entry Level/Graduate Sales Consultant (Telesales) – Glasgow City Centre (onsite)

Base salary up to £26,000 DOE with uncapped commission. OTE of approximately £45,000 in year one, plus quarterly bonus up to £4,000 and guaranteed comms up to £500 per month for the first three months.

We are partnering with a global consultancy leading SME services. The role involves networking with senior business owners and directors, introducing services, and building lasting relationships.

• Engage with potential clients via telephone to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth.
• Provide detailed product information and handle objections effectively.

• Prior work experience in hospitality or a comparable industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
