• Speak with existing customers on a daily basis
• Understand their business needs and challenges
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell additional services
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
• Work towards targets in a supportive, high‑energy environment

• Working in a call centre or customer service role
• Used to speaking with customers and building rapport quickly
• Target‑driven and motivated by earning commission
• Confident, outgoing, and naturally chatty
• Keen to learn, develop, and progress your career

• £25,000 base salary
• £5,000–£10,000 commission in your first year
• Office‑based role in central Glasgow
