Inside Sales Executive – Citation Group

Location:

Hybrid – 4 days in our Glasgow office

We’re now looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team at an exciting time of continued growth and investment.

The Role

This role is focused entirely on our existing client base
, working over the phone
.

You will be speaking to businesses who already use Citation services, identifying opportunities to add value, and upselling and cross-selling additional products and services that support their compliance and business needs.

You’ll own the full process from start to finish:

  • Engaging warm, existing clients over the phone
  • Identifying needs and opportunities
  • Delivering tailored solutions
  • Handling objections with confidence
  • Closing deals and driving revenue growth
  • Managing your pipeline through CRM systems

  • Proven success in a target-driven sales role
  • Strong closing ability and confident communicator
  • Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by earning potential
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline
  • Comfortable using CRM systems
