Base Salary: Up to £28,000 + Uncapped Commission
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
Location: Hybrid – 4 days in office, Glasgow City Centre
As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in driving new business growth. You’ll engage with senior decision‑makers, uncover their challenges, and introduce them to solutions that genuinely add value. This is a fast‑paced, consultative sales role where success is recognised, rewarded, and accelerated.

What You’ll Be Doing- Proactively engaging new B2B prospects through outbound sales activity
- Taking a consultative approach to understand business needs and pain points
- Booking high‑quality appointments for our field sales specialists
- Managing activity and performance through a modern CRM system
- Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
- Collaborating with marketing and sales leaders to refine messaging and strategy
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales
- Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills
- Resilience, drive, and a hunger to succeed in a target‑driven environment
- Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools
- A growth mindset with ambition to progress and develop your career
- Up to £28k base salary + uncapped commission — high performers earn well above base
