Field-Based Account Manager – Telecoms & IT

An established and growing business within the technology and communications sector is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop an existing portfolio of B2B customers.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing business accounts
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Analyse customer data to uncover growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and account plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Prepare and present account performance reports

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Account Management, Client Development, or B2B Sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Highly organised and customer-focused
