Outbound B2B Lead Generation Executive – Digital Transformation / AI – Permanent – Glasgow (hybrid)
Our client is a renowned company based in Glasgow that has successfully delivered projects to clients for 25+ years. They are an established name in the digital transformation space and also provide mobile apps and AI solutions to organisations small to large across the UK, as well as a SAAS product in the Health and Safety space.
We are looking for an experienced outbound lead generation professional to drive sales pipeline growth by identifying potential clients and opportunities, generating leads and qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the Enterprise Sales Executive. Your responsibilities include researching the target market, identifying ideal prospect companies and key decision makers, conducting outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, Linked In, and attending relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
After successful initial approaches, you will collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Executive to provide insights so they can prepare the appropriate products or solutions to present to the prospect.
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or technical sales, with expertise in cold calling and new business generation
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- CRM experience such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Capsule CRM
- An interest in digital transformation and technology
The role offers a salary of up to an uncapped OTE + benefits and is based in the Glasgow office on a hybrid basis (2 days per week).
