As a company, we pride ourselves on promoting from within. Working hours 9 am-5 pm Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 4 pm Friday NO weekends and NO bank holidays Office-based The key role responsibilities of the Telesales Executive will include:
Outbound calling to an existing database of over 200,000 potential charity customers, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections & pitching USPs in order to encourage the customer to engage with us Managing your own workload & build a pipeline via KPIs (Key performance indicators)

About you:

Ability to build strong customer relationships Ability to work independently, self-sufficiently & be able to work under pressure Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritise workload Ability to work as part of a team Strong verbal and written skills of negotiation Resilient, ambitions & target driven Previous experience in either energy or B2B sales is preferred but not essential as training is provided a background in customer services or any sales environment.
