Job Summary

The Inside Sales Executive will complete and follow up on the daily quotes submitted by existing & prospective customers, maintaining relationships with customers & suppliers alike. Update internal systems and reports to management on a weekly basis to include margins, profits etc in keeping with the targets set.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for offering quotes to current & prospective customers
  • Meet targets set for cold calling on a weekly basis
  • Gain new leads & convert into customers
  • Meet targets set for new customers to be brought onboard whilst maintaining margins set & agreed by Sales Director
  • Monitor & review all suppliers used for quoting to ensure the customers needs are always met
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our sales system (Sales Force)
  • Regular meetings with customers via zoom/in person to build on the relationships
  • Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
  • Positive mental attitude
  • Ability to solve problems unassisted

  • Work to given time frames/deadlines
  • Motivate others around them
  • Knowledge of excel & word documents
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Logistics experience preferred
