Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the achievement of the company’s existing business annual targets.
  • Maximise sales & profitability of all accounts within your portfolio.
  • Identify and develop client objectives by working with senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and account management to the allocated account portfolio.
  • Ensure customer requirements are fully specified, understood and communicated; ensure service levels meet customer expectations; keep the company informed on all relevant customer activity – both risks and opportunities.
  • Visit customers as appropriate and build effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the customer’s organisation.
  • Keep up to date with legislative, industry and product developments.
  • Provide regular and accurate reporting as required on activity and maintain the CRM database.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous contract hire account management experience (fleets over 250 essential).
  • Experience of implementing new accounts at a “project manager” level.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders in addition to the customer.
  • Influencing, persuasion and relationship building.
  • Solution delivery and ownership – ability to look at new ideas & approaches.
  • Effective time management, organizational & delegation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • IT literate.
  • Commercial awareness and decision making.
  • Vehicle industry knowledge.
