About The Opportunity

As a Social Value Sales Professional, you’ll sit within our Europe and UK Growth & Sales team – right at the centre of winning work and shaping our future pipeline.

You’ll
  • Craft winning social value strategies and tender responses that stand out in a competitive market.
  • Translate complex social value goals into clear, compelling client propositions.
  • Partner with sales teams to define and elevate our social value capability.
  • Ensure seamless transition from bid to delivery, setting projects up for success.
  • Continuously evolve our approach using feedback, insights, and innovation.
Here’s what you’ll need
  • Experience shaping social value responses within UK infrastructure bids.
  • Understanding of UK procurement frameworks (e.g., PPN 002).
  • Ability to think strategically and speak up effectively.
  • Confident communicator who can inspire and influence stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high‑pressure environment.
  • A proactive, resilient mindset with a drive to win.
