Via is partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing business within the sports and hospitality industry that's looking for a Sales Team Manager to help drive its next phase of growth.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your days buried in spreadsheets. You'll be in the action—coaching, motivating and inspiring your team while maintaining your own pipeline and leading from the front.
If you're competitive, commercially driven and passionate about helping others succeed, you'll fit right in.

- A genuine passion for coaching and developing people.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- The ability to motivate, inspire and hold teams accountable.
- High levels of resilience, ambition and commercial awareness.
