Pay: £8.00 – £12.71 per hour + 30% staff discount

Footasylum is looking for an energetic, approachable Sales Assistant to be the vibe of our store. Your mission is to create a next‑level shopping experience by providing expert product knowledge, styling guidance, and a welcoming atmosphere.

• Style the full fit: ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks – kicks, layers, accessories, and care kits.
• Know the product and the culture: learn every silhouette, the tech behind performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care; become a Brand Ambassador.
• Host the hype: lead launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations.
• Chase the win: drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins.
• Keep it premium: maintain visuals, stock, and a clean, fresh store appearance.

• Outgoing, confident and approachable, with a passion for starting conversations.
• Obsessed with sneakers and streetwear, curious to learn more.
• Flexible for evenings and weekends, thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Team player with a growth mindset, open to feedback and eager to develop.
• Under 18 applicants must adhere to working restrictions (no work past 10 pm).
