Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of corporate, leisure, and special segment clients, ensuring strong sales performance.
- Drive revenue growth through sales initiatives, account development, and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, reviewing performance periodically.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, providing recommendations.
- Ensure effective communication of products, services, and updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Deliver client engagement initiatives (e.g. webinars, roadshows, training sessions).
- Promote Emirates products across corporate, leisure, and special segments.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms.
- Provide product and fare training to agents to ensure product knowledge.
- Assess and mitigate credit risk for agents using available tools.
- Educated to Graduate or ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent.
- Must have experience in field sales and all aspects of airline sales environment.
- Ability to source new business opportunities and manage high revenue potential accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of digital workplace tools.
- Knowledge of reservations, fares and ticketing.
- Knowledge of Emirates’ products and service.
- Ability to maintain and interpret sales data/statistics.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills.
- Valid full Driving Licence is essential.
