Electrical Sales Surveyor

Job Summary

Join Scotland's leading domestic rewire electrical specialists.

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Electrical Sales Surveyor to visit homeowners, carry out professional electrical rewire surveys, provide expert advice and convert enquiries into sales.

This is not a cold-calling role. You will be meeting customers who have already requested a quotation, identifying the right solution for their home and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

With a competitive basic salary and an uncapped commission structure, high performers have the opportunity to earn £75,000+ per year.

• Attend pre-qualified customer appointments across Glasgow and the surrounding area.
• Carry out professional surveys of domestic properties requiring electrical rewiring.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend the most appropriate solution.
• Prepare and present quotations, answering customer questions confidently.
• Convert quotations into confirmed sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM and reporting systems.
• Work closely with the operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Represent Home Rewire professionally and uphold the company's excellent reputation.
• Previous experience in sales, surveying or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident negotiating and closing sales.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Electrical industry experience.
• Qualified electrician or electrical background.
• Experience with domestic rewires or electrical installations.
• Electrical wholesaler, estimator or contractor experience.
