We are looking for an organised and detail focused Rental and Used Equipment Coordinator to support the end to end administration of Rental and Used Equipment sales.##

* Job Description:

** This role ensures orders, contracts, purchases and invoices are processed accurately and on time, while maintaining excellent communication with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Administer Rental and Used Equipment orders from initial deal to invoicing and GP washout
* Liaise with sales teams, managers and central teams to manage contracts, deal sheets and delivery timelines
* Process equipment purchases and maintain accurate records on databases and related systems
* Raise accurate rental and sales invoices, ensuring correct costs, margins and accounting periods
* Manage general rental administration including on/off hire, quotations, machine releases and asset records
* Record warranties, organise safety certificates and licences, and carry out HPI checks
* Produce reports for management and support rental and used equipment meetings
* Handle inbound calls from customers, sales teams and managers, responding promptly and professionally
** Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

*** Strong administration experience, ideally within rental, sales or equipment environments
* Excellent attention to detail, numeracy and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to build positive customer relationships
* Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
* Good PC skills; experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar systems desirable
