As a Product Genius you will use your expert knowledge to engage and spark excitement in customers as a first point of contact in the dealership. Your passion for the product and brand paired with outstanding customer service skills will set you on the path to success.

We are a family‑run business and provide comprehensive support and training. You will receive manufacturer‑accredited training and certification in the brands we represent. We believe strong training and support enable you to achieve anything in your career.

• Understand all Park’s and partner manufacturer products within your allocated dealership
• Keep all dealership staff up to date with the latest product information to ensure a high level of understanding
• Use your knowledge to assist customers in a non‑pressured environment – this is not a sales role
• Support marketing activity by taking imagery of vehicles and using digital and social media platforms for promotion
• Share expertise with customers using available resources including Citnow digital vehicle information videos
• Direct customers to the Sales team when a buying interest becomes apparent
• Plan, coordinate and deliver excellent test‑drive experiences, giving full insight of the requested vehicle during the appointment
• Assist with customer handovers by demonstrating and setting up all new vehicle features

• Confident, engaging individual who can put people at ease
• Passion for automotive technology and an eagerness to keep up with industry innovations and trends

• Competent IT skills
• Hold a full driver’s licence or willingness to obtain one
