Regional Sales Manager – Scotland

A new Regional Sales Manager role covering Scotland, focused on driving sales across material processing, recycling and waste equipment.

• Leading and developing a team of Sales Managers across Scotland
• Owning and delivering the regional sales plan
• Selling crushers, screeners, shredders, material handlers and attachments
• Managing key accounts and building new high‑value relationships
• Handling part‑exchange and trade‑in opportunities
• Using digital tools for pipeline, forecasting and quoting
• Working closely with internal support, production and workshop teams
• Attending industry shows/exhibitions when required

• Proven senior sales experience in material processing, recycling or material handling
• Strong commercial awareness with solid pipeline and margin management
• Confident communicator with good negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated, structured and results‑driven
• Strong IT literacy
• Full UK Driving Licence + willingness to travel
