This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional seeking to further their career within a well-established automotive retail environment. The Car Sales Executive role offers significant earning potential, flexible working hours, and a supportive team atmosphere.

• Competitive basic salary with uncapped on-target earnings up to approximately £65,000
• One weekend off each month, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
• Two consecutive weekdays off per week
• Shifts from 9am to 6pm and 11am to 8pm, providing flexibility

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers
• Establish rapport and build relationships with customers
• Demonstrate vehicles effectively and close sales
• Maintain accurate customer and sale records
• Upsell finance products, warranties, and additional accessories
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and dealership targets

• Previous sales experience within the motor trade or a customer-facing sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Full UK driving licence
