- Develop new business opportunities across Scotland while strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Build long-term partnerships with contractors, procurement teams, commercial managers and other key decision-makers.
- Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to successful contract award.
- Work closely with Estimating and Operations teams to develop competitive commercial proposals.
- Attend customer meetings, site visits, networking events and industry exhibitions throughout your territory.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records and market intelligence to support future growth.
- Proven success developing new business within a B2B sales environment.
- Strong relationship management, presentation and commercial negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and procurement teams.
- Knowledge of sectors such as construction, utilities, rail, highways, environmental services, vegetation management, forestry, landscaping, arboriculture or grounds maintenance would be advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Knowledge of public sector procurement and tendering processes would also be beneficial.
