• Basic salary of £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience.
• Realistic £80,000 OTE with an uncapped bonus structure.

• Develop new business opportunities across Scotland while strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Build long-term partnerships with contractors, procurement teams, commercial managers and other key decision-makers.
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to successful contract award.
• Work closely with Estimating and Operations teams to develop competitive commercial proposals.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, networking events and industry exhibitions throughout your territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records and market intelligence to support future growth.

• Proven success developing new business within a B2B sales environment.
• Strong relationship management, presentation and commercial negotiation skills.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and procurement teams.
• Knowledge of sectors such as construction, utilities, rail, highways, environmental services, vegetation management, forestry, landscaping, arboriculture or grounds maintenance would be advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement and tendering processes would also be beneficial.
