Maybe youve worked in retail, or hospitality before. You know how to deal with customers but youre looking for something more exciting a job thats going to challenge you. And, of course, you want to earn a bit more cash.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

Youll join a lively sales team in ourGlasgowcontact centre. Well train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. Youll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, youll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
