We’re looking for an ambitious, confident and results-driven Sales Valuer
to join our dynamic Kemp Town team
. If you’re a high-performing property professional who knows how to win business, build relationships and deliver results, we want to hear from you.

• Deliver accurate, expert property valuations
• Win instructions and maximise conversion opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with vendors and clients
• Use market insight to provide confident property advice
• Work closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities
• Mentor and support team members
• Identify ways to improve valuation performance and efficiency

You’ll be an experienced property sales professional with a proven track record in valuations and winning business

You’ll bring:

• Strong property sales and valuation experience
• Confidence, energy and commercial drive
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• A self-motivated, adaptable and proactive approach
• The ability to build genuine client relationships
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
