What you will get in your new role- A competitive annual salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for expertly responding to enquiries and skillfully converting them into tailor-made holidays. You will excel at listening to and understanding each customer's unique needs, then meticulously organising every detail, from accommodation and activities to travel arrangements, to create a truly unique holiday experience. This involves working in close partnership with local businesses who share our unwavering commitment to quality and outstanding customer service.
Your personality, experience and qualificationsWe are seeking an individual with at least two years of proven travel sales experience, underpinned by a strong dedication to customer service excellence. You will also bring:
- Excellent attention to detail with strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- The ability to learn quickly with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High computer literacy and confidence using digital systems
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Scotland
- Knowledge of England, Wales and Ireland is advantageous
- Genuine passion for UK and Ireland travel and tourism
- Enthusiasm for promoting unique and off-the-beaten-track destinations
- Excited to contribute ideas and grow within an employee-owned business
