A leading supplier of electrical test equipment, calibration services and technical solutions is looking for a driven and ambitious Field Sales Representative to join their team in Glasgow. Covering the whole of Scotland, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established territory, developing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Representative, you will:

Develop new business opportunities across Scotland, with a strong focus on winning new accounts
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers throughout your territory
Visit customers across Scotland, typically spending three days per week in the field and two days at the Glasgow base
Promote a range of electrical test equipment, calibration services and technical solutions
Work closely with customers in sectors including utilities, facilities management, electrical contracting and industrial markets
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

Have previous field sales or B2B sales experience
Come from an electrical background, ideally within electrical wholesale, electrical test equipment or a related technical sector
Be highly motivated, proactive and comfortable developing new business opportunities
Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Be confident presenting solutions and managing customer relationships at all levels
Hold a full UK driving licence

This role would particularly suit a driven salesperson with electrical industry experience who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and winning new business.
