We're growing our Glasgow team and looking for a Customer Sales Associate who's comfortable meeting people face-to-face and enjoys turning conversations into results. This role blends customer service with sales — you'll be visiting residents across the city, helping them understand what we offer, and closing the loop when there's genuine interest. Straightforward training, real earning potential, and plenty of independence.

• Speaking with homeowners across Glasgow on a face-to-face basis
• Understanding customer needs and matching them to the right product or service
• Handling questions and objections calmly and professionally
• Closing sales where appropriate and logging outcomes accurately
• Planning your own appointments and managing your time efficiently
• Building long-term rapport that supports repeat business and referrals

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, likeable manner
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Target-driven mindset with the resilience to handle rejection
• Willingness to learn — full training provided regardless of background
• Own transport preferred, not essential
• A genuine interest in sales as a long-term career path
