We are looking for a Operations Co-ordinator to join our team this role, you will focus on 4 key areas:
- Delivery of sales targets on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis
- Generation of a safety solutions business
- Building repeat customer relationships
- Focusing on the strategic direction of the business for the short & medium term

- Delivery of personal monthly sales target
- Key account management and sector targeting to include customer visits and on-site meetings
- Lead by example with site surveys and quotations as & when required in order to achieve individual sales target
- The development and collation of all required weekly/monthly sales data, identifying issues and planned resolution
- Motivating, coaching, inspiring and ensuring the effective provision of required sales training for all members of the team
- Follow processes to control, manage and continually improve margins and drive down costs
- Operate in accordance with Group Factored Product Approval guidelines
- Development of fall protection solution type business with a focus on new business generation using proven GDM techniques
- Successful launch of all new products
- Give support to the Contracts Manager & General Manager
- Ensuring a full understanding of competitor activity including strengths & weaknesses
- The development of our products in line with the Brand Pyramid
- All other tasks within the Sales Development/Management area as requested by the General Manager.
- Ability to interpret technical information and drawings.
- A practical and growth mindset
- Exposure to construction industry desirable
- Team player but confident to work alone.
- Experience with using CAD and CRM or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work at height.
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
