Recruitment Consultant (Hospitality and Catering) Blue Arrow - Glasgow - £26,500 - £30,000 basic  uncapped Bonus Hybrid working model Are you a driven recruiter or sales professional who thrives in winning new business just as much as building long lasting client and candidate relationships? Blue Arrow is currently on the market for an ambitious consultant within the hospitality sector to join our team in Glasgow.

You'll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service throughout. If you're commercially minded, results-driven, tech orientated and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. The role Winning new business through proactive sales activity, networking, and relationship building Developing and growing existing client accounts Working with our high-end tech/AI led systems to manage growth and service Negotiating rates, terms, and service agreements Attending client meetings and conducting site visits Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates Working towards and exceeding sales, GP, and activity targets What we're Looking For Previous recruitment experience preferred, but a strong sales professionals or sales minded candidates with relevant work/education background within the hospitality industry will also be considered Proven track record in business development or account growth Comfortable working within a fast paced and reactive environment Embraces technology and the positive impact it can have within your role Strong communication and influencing skills Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset Ability to build long-term client and candidate relationships Self-motivated, resilient, and ambitious Full UK driving licence preferred What's in it for you Competitive basic salary of £26,500 - £30,000 (dependant on experience) Uncapped bonus scheme Industry-leading training and development Clear career progression opportunities Access to Blue Arrow's well-established client base and national network Generous holiday allowance Pension scheme and employee benefits package Supportive and collaborative team culture Interviews: W/C 21 st September 2026
