Junior Sales and Marketing Associate

Full-time | On-site (Glasgow) | Base Salary + Performance Incentives | Monday–Friday

Ascenda Global is a Glasgow-based sales and marketing company focused on customer acquisition, brand engagement and business growth.

We're expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who want to gain practical experience in sales, marketing and business development while working in a people-focused environment.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build useful commercial skills rather than add another job to their CV.

As a Junior Marketing & Sales Associate, you'll work on live campaigns, represent client brands and engage directly with customers. You'll receive full training and ongoing support while developing your communication, sales and business development skills.

As you progress, there are opportunities to take on greater responsibility and move towards team leadership and management.

• Support sales and marketing campaigns across Glasgow
• Represent client brands through face-to-face customer engagement
• Engage with customers and build positive professional relationships
• Develop sales, communication and presentation skills
• Learn practical customer acquisition and business development techniques
• Work with team leaders to support campaign performance and growth

You don't need a marketing degree or previous sales experience.
