Via is supporting a leading corporate hospitality business to recruit ambitious Sales Executives to join its growing commercial team. • Learn how to generate new business through outbound calling, Linked In and market research
• Speak with business owners and senior decision-makers across a range of industries
• Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective clients
• Present premium corporate hospitality packages tailored to clients' needs
• Develop long-term client relationships
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities
• Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation
• Maintain accurate CRM records

• A Bachelor's Degree in Sport, Sports Business, Sports Management or a related subject
• Up to 3 years' experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or another office-based commercial role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking on the phone
• A resilient, target-driven mindset
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Up to £30,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission
• Year 1 OTE of £40,000–£60,000
