What youll be doing Researching businesses and identifying new opportunities Making outbound calls to senior business decision-makers Building rapport and delivering a confident, credible introduction Understanding each prospects needs and presenting relevant services Overcoming objections and qualifying genuine opportunities Arranging quality meetings for the Business Development team Managing your pipeline and activity through the CRM Working towards clear weekly and monthly targets Who were looking for You must:
Hold a bachelors degree or equivalent qualifications Be polished, articulate and highly professional Communicate confidently with senior-level decision-makers Have the resilience and determination to succeed in a targeted environment Be commercially aware, naturally curious and quick to learn Bring energy, ambition and a strong work ethic Be comfortable working fully from the Glasgow office Previous sales experience is welcome, but it isnt essential.
