Your Role:Do you have a strong background in Orthopaedic or theatre sales, along with proven experience leading and developing a team?
We’re looking for a driven, commercially focused Sales Manager to lead regional sales activity across our Orthopaedic portfolio.
In this pivotal role, you will combine:
- Hands-on field leadership with customers and your team
- Commercial expertise to shape regional strategy and deliver sustainable sales growth
- Coaching, development, and performance management to develop talent and maximise team performance
With responsibility spanning customers, people and business performance, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the future success of our Orthopaedic business.

- Location: Field Based covering North England and Scotland
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent
- Achieve and maximise sales targets across the Orthopaedic product portfolio.
- Contribute to regional sales strategy, planning, and forecasting.
- Use your product expertise and commercial experience to drive adoption and maximise sales opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and support the regional sales team to achieve high performance.
- Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and key opinion leaders within Orthopaedics.
- Represent
B. Braun at exhibitions, meetings, and customer visits.
- Develop and manage regional sales activity plans and development programmes.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Proven success in orthopaedic or theatre sales, with a strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
- Previous people management experience, leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of NHS and private healthcare purchasing processes, alongside the ability to build effective relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach to managing a regional territory.
- Flexibility to travel regionally and nationally, including occasional overnight stays, with a full UK driving licence.
