Trafalgar Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business within the Prop Tech/Short-Term Rental space to recruit an experienced Sales Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys building as much as managing.
We're looking for a true player-coach, someone who can lead and develop a team of Account Executives, take ownership of revenue performance and roll their sleeves up to help win business when needed.
A major part of the role will be building and developing the company's outbound sales engine, defining the ICP, improving prospecting activity, increasing pipeline generation and creating a repeatable sales playbook that can scale with the business.
What you'll be doing- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Account Executives
- Owning new business and renewal revenue performance
- Building an outbound sales motion from the ground up
- Improving pipeline generation, conversion and average deal value
- Managing forecasting and driving strong CRM discipline
- Supporting and getting involved in key opportunities
- Developing sales processes, KPIs and incentives
- Representing the business at industry events across the UK, Europe and US
- Working closely with senior leadership to shape the commercial strategy
