We're recruiting for a well-established process filtration manufacturer, supplying liquid and gas filtration solutions into global Pharma and Healthcare markets.

As international demand grows, they're looking for a Market Manager to become the go-to expert for Pharma/Healthcare across the business — owning strategy, driving growth, and shaping how the company wins in these markets globally.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll combine deep sector knowledge with commercial drive — working alongside the internal sales team and an established international distributor network to grow market share and strengthen brand presence across API and Healthcare markets worldwide.

• Build and execute a clear BD strategy across global Pharma (API) and Healthcare markets
• Bring real process filtration knowledge to the table — product application, technical positioning, and customer solutions
• Strengthen and expand distributor and channel partner relationships internationally
• Own the sales pipeline — forecasting, performance, and results
• Track market trends, regulatory shifts, and the competitive landscape to keep strategy sharp
• Represent the business at industry conferences, exhibitions, and forums — shaping future standards
• Lead training and technical presentations, sharing market and product expertise across the team

• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of the Pharma (API) and/or Healthcare markets
• Genuine process filtration experience — liquid/gas filtration, cartridges, housings, or related technical products
• A solid grasp of global market dynamics and regulatory frameworks
• A track record working with distributors and channel partners internationally
• Leadership presence — able to influence and motivate across teams
• Commercial sharpness and a results-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel internationally

• Degree in Business/Marketing (MBA a plus)
• Proven international BD success specifically within pharma or healthcare
