As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the heart of the business. Your job? To speak with potential customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to solutions that genuinely make a difference.

• Speaking with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Following proven sales scripts while bringing your own personality & drive
• Asking the right questions to understand customer needs and close sales
• Keeping internal systems up to date and accurate
• Using your initiative to meet targets and identify future opportunities

• Confident communication skills and a strong telephone manner
• A target-driven mindset and a hunger to succeed
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new ways of working
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
