The ideal Regional Holiday Home Sales Advisor is results driven and personable. We can offer accommodation to get you settled so you can 'Live the Lifestyle as well as Sell the Lifestyle'.

You will beofferingpeople the opportunity for Holiday Home Ownership at one of our beautiful parks and showcasing our Holiday Homes to potential buyers. You will take ownership of all aspects of Holiday Home Sales.

Due to the nature and duties of the role a driving license is required

Top-Tier commission plan

As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you will be the person who interacts and builds relationships with potential purchasers, giving them the insights that they need to make informed decisions about purchasing one of our beautiful holiday homes.

You willseek out and createopportunitiesto talk to potential holiday homeowners, and you willguidethemthrough all aspects ofholidayhomeownership, making sure that they have all the information and support they need tomake a decision.

You will havestretchingsales targets which you will be keen toexceed; always with the aim thatnew owners will say that it was a pleasure to buy from you.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on evenings, weekends and bank holidays too.

First and foremost, you will be a people person with the ability to build long-term relationships. You will have a real talent for making customers feel special, whether on the phone or face-to-face. It’s in the way you talk and, just as importantly, in the way you listen.

Multi-tasking is second nature to you, and even in the busiest moments, you stay calm and approachable. We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a performance-driven environment and loves making a real impact.

You’ll also bring experience working in a target-driven sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Confident in making outbound sales calls, you’ll be skilled at engaging potential customers, building interest and securing appointments.

• Previous experience in selling holiday homes or similar high-value products.
