We're looking for a Client Relations Assistant who gets that — someone who can sit across from a customer in their own home, actually listen, and leave them better off than before you knocked on the door. It's less "sales pitch," more genuine problem-solving, with earnings that reflect how well you do it.

• Face-to-face with customers across Glasgow, mostly in their own homes
• Working out what people actually need, not just what they say they want
• Handling questions and concerns calmly, without a script
• Pointing people toward the right product or service when it genuinely fits
• Running your own diary — no one's watching the clock but you
• Keeping clean, accurate notes on every visit
