The business is investing heavily in its growth: a brand-new branch has just opened, and further new sites are already planned to open over the next year or so. That pace of expansion means genuine opportunity for the right person who joins now to grow with it.

THE ROLE Based at a newer, growing branch in Clydebank, this is a hybrid role: serving trade and retail customers on the showroom floor, and when it's quieter, proactively building relationships with trade customers in the local area to bring in new business. You'll be trained in-house on a specialist, design-led sales tool that helps customers visualise their purchase before they commit, used as a soft-touch way of adding value to every sale rather than a hard-sell tactic.

No specific product or sector experience is required, full training is given over the first 6 to 8 weeks, with ongoing support from a neighbouring, more established branch. ABOUT YOU Whether you're currently a Showroom Sales Advisor, Sales Assistant, Trade Counter Assistant, Retail Sales Advisor or Customer Advisor, what matters most is attitude: a genuine appetite for sales, comfortable building rapport with customers face to face and on the phone, and happy mixing counter-based selling with some proactive relationship-building.

You don't need to tick every experience box, a willingness to learn and a hunger to do well counts for more than a specific background. THE REWARDS Up to £30,000 basic salary, plus realistic OTE of up to £8,000 (circa £38,000 total earning potential once established), full in-house training, and a genuine, structured route to grow further within a business that's actively expanding.
