Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£800 per week
About the Role
Our cleint is expanding their Glasgow team and looking for a Sales & Marketing Representatives that enjoy meeting people and arn't afraid of a target. You'll be out and about across the city, representing our brand, starting conversations, and turning interest into results. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who wants to learn sales and marketing from the ground up while earning based on what they achieve.
What You'll Be Doing
* Meeting customers face-to-face across Glasgow on a daily basis
* Introducing our brand and explaining what we offer clearly and confidently
* Identifying customer needs and matching them to the right product or service
* Converting conversations into sign-ups or sales
* Managing your own appointments and planning your day efficiently
* Sharing feedback from customers to help shape future campaigns
What We're Looking For
* Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
* Comfortable approaching and talking to new people every day
* Resilient — able to handle rejection and stay motivated
* Self-disciplined enough to manage your own schedule
* Driving licence and transport preferred, not essential
* No experience necessary — full training provided
