Customer Sales Advisor

We’ve opportunities in our Bathgate office for experienced outbound Customer Sales Advisors. These roles will see you calling homeowners to promote energy-efficiency upgrades, and convert qualified opportunities into appointments and sales.

• Make high-volume outbound calls to promote energy-efficiency upgrades to homeowners.

• Assess customer needs through effective questioning and identify suitable solutions.

• Explain products, benefits, costs and value to drive customer interest.

• Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities.

• Build rapport, handle objections and convert enquiries into sales.

• Follow up leads to maximise conversion rates.

• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and outcomes.

• Ensure all activity complies with company policies, regulations and data protection requirements.

• Previous outbound/ telesales, contact centre or target-driven sales experience.

• Confident communicator with strong telephone sales skills.

• Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers.

• Strong questioning, listening and objection-handling skills.

• Comfortable discussing pricing and costs.

• Results-driven with a proven focus on achieving targets.

• Resilient and motivated in a high-volume outbound environment.

• Accurate CRM and data-entry skills with strong attention to detail.

• Experience in home improvements, energy, utilities or construction sales is advantageous.

• £28,500.00 per annum- 37.5 hour week
