Junior Marketing Executive

You’ll work on live campaigns for brands people know, and get real experience in customer acquisition, representing brands, sales and campaign performance. You’ll also learn what actually makes a business grow.

Aura Connections is a sales and marketing company working with nationally recognised brands across lots of industries. We help our clients find new customers, grow their presence and get results through high-performing face-to-face campaigns.

• Representing well-known brands on customer-facing campaigns
• Getting to know customers and what they need
• Explaining products, services and brand messages clearly and confidently
• Building your sales, negotiation and customer engagement skills
• Bringing in new customers and helping our clients grow
• Keeping track of your results and learning what makes a campaign work
• Feeding back what you hear from customers so we can improve our campaigns

You’ll start with hands‑on training, then get ongoing one-to-one coaching in sales and business development. As you grow, you can move into campaign management, business development and leadership.
