The Role As a Account Manager , you'll manage existing employer accounts while developing new business across the construction sector.

You'll work with employers to identify their workforce development needs and promote a range of construction training courses, apprenticeships, vocational qualifications, NVQs and commercial training solutions . You'll be responsible for managing the complete sales process, from generating leads and qualifying opportunities through to onboarding new clients and developing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound sales calls and business development activity Manage and grow existing employer accounts Promote construction training courses, apprenticeships, NVQs and commercial training solutions Build strong relationships with construction companies and employers Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to onboarding Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell training services Maintain accurate records using the CRM system Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey Work towards individual sales and revenue targets Support marketing campaigns by providing client feedback and market insight About You We're looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:
