Site Security Supervisor

Location: Glasgow, UK

Pay: £17.51 per hour (minimum 1 year supervisor experience required)

Hours: 42 hours per week – Days, nights, and weekends.

Grade: Site Based

As a Site Security Supervisor you will protect people, property, and information while overseeing a team of security officers and ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure all personnel under supervision have completed the appropriate site training and possess a valid SIA licence or LDN, meeting industry requirements.
• Accurately roster and plan for all direct reporting officers, ensuring adequate cover for holidays, sickness, and absences.
• Engage with all Security Officers at least once a month to monitor performance, maintain positive employee relations, and carry out coaching, counselling, and necessary investigations per policies.
• Monitor and manage the appearance and behaviour of all security personnel, taking appropriate action in line with company policies.
• Actively encourage staff recognition and nominations for awards.
• Keep assignment instructions and site documentation up to date.
• Report all incidents in compliance with customer and company policies and procedures.

• Valid SIA licence.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
