B&M Retail is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to protect people, stores and assets across our UK region. In a field-based role, you will oversee manned guarding, monitor compliance and drive improvements in security provision.
You will recruit, train and lead Officers and Detectives, plan rotas, conduct store visits, report incidents and support investigations, while travelling as required.
