B&M Retail Limited is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to protect people, stores and assets across our retail network in the United Kingdom. This 40-hour-per-week field-based role requires flexibility to work five days out of seven and to travel as needed to oversee guarding teams.
You will recruit, train and manage Security Officers and Store Detectives, monitor performance, conduct store visits and drive loss prevention.
