Talented People Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Field Engineer on behalf of our growing client in the vending and coffee machine industry! This is a field-based role covering the Central belt of Scotland, ideal for someone who thrives on the road and is passionate about delivering excellent technical support and customer service.

About the Role of a Field Service Engineer:
You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and breakdown support of a range of traditional and bean to cup coffee machines installed across commercial sites. You’ll be the face of the company, ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional service.

Key Details:

* Shifts:

Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month

* Salary: £30,000 + door to doo overtime

* Travel:
Fully field-based with company van provided

Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

* Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs coffee machines.

* Diagnose issues and perform comprehensive fault resolution on-site.

* Accurately report and document each job (arrival, departure, and customer confirmation)

* Manage van stock and tools, including ordering, receipting, and returning parts.

What We’re Looking for in a Field Service Engineer:

* Previous experience repairing coffee machines.

* A full UK driving licence

* A proactive, customer-focused attitude

* Strong fault-finding and technical skills
