FM Search & Select Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider. This role will involve delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial FM contracts throughout Glasgow and the Central Belt.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of electrical systems and equipment.
• Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose electrical faults and undertake repairs safely and efficiently.
• Complete testing, inspection, and certification in line with current regulations.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used.
• Work independently or as part of a team to deliver excellent service to clients across multiple sites.

• Fully qualified Electrician (18th Edition essential).
• SVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds equivalent in Electrical Installation.
• Experience working in a building services or FM maintenance environment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workload across multiple sites.
• Full UK driving licence.
