As an Apprentice Electrician your job is like fixing and installing commercial wiring to keep the lights on and devices running. You’ll install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for use in diverse Balfour Beatty projects across the UK. It’s about ensuring everything is wired correctly and safely. You’ll learn practical skills, safety protocols, and how to troubleshoot electrical issues.

For our SCQF Level 7 Apprenticeship, delivered by SECTT in Electrical Installation, you’ll need Maths, English and Science at National 5 or above. This programme offers a mix of practical experience and theoretical learning, with a focus on more technical or specialised roles to help you build expertise.
