Overview
RCS Agency Coordinator
Artistic Planning
Part Time 0.6 FTE (21 hrs per wk)
• Salary scale: £25,272 – £28,104 per annum (£15,163 - £16,862 pro rata)
• Maternity Cover role:
Fixed term until 02/03/27.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to coordinate all aspects of the RCS Agency from booking and logistical coordination through to client aftercare, facilitating employment opportunities and generating income for the Conservatoire. The postholder will play a key role in supporting student professional development while enhancing the profile of the Conservatoire through high-quality external engagements.
Responsibilities- You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of external agencies, with the aim of increasing employment opportunities for students and securing engagements that promote both the students and the Conservatoire.
- Proven experience in event, artist and/or project management.
- Experience of financial tracking, budgeting and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, pressurised environment, managing heavy workloads and meeting at 23:55.
