Are you passionate about supporting young people to build independence and brighter futures? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a Housing Support Worker to join our Glasgow 16+ Supported Accommodation service, supporting young people aged 16–25 who are care experienced or have had significant social work involvement. You ll be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality, person-centred support to help young people develop the skills, confidence and resilience they need to move forward.
In this rewarding role, you ll build positive relationships through one-to-one support, helping young people manage their tenancies, develop independent living skills, and achieve their personal goals. You ll co-create tailored support plans, work collaboratively with partner agencies, and positively respond to challenges while maintaining clear professional boundaries. Whether you re supporting daily routines, encouraging engagement with education or employment, or advocating on behalf of young people, your work will have a meaningful and lasting impact.
We re looking for someone with experience of working with young people who may have complex needs, and who understands trauma-informed practice and the importance of social inclusion. You ll bring strong communication skills, resilience, and a genuine commitment to empowering young people to realise their potential.
