Salary: £42,707 - £46,895

EVH Grade 7

• Delivery of customer‑focused services to a "patch" of rented homes, including lettings, tenant support, rent arrears prevention and recovery, neighbourhood management and tenant participation.

• Social housing management experience and a working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and good practice.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and external agencies to fulfil the Association's objectives and meet the needs of service users and the community.
